Harvester Tool for Volvo L350F
A direct replacement for the digger bucket tool. It attaches the same way using the 3 linear
actuators, and has the same width (23L).
(some might ask: why in the world would you want to use such a small harvester tool on such a powerful machine; the answer is: to get rid of really persistent weed).
Like the bucket, it can be raised & lowered, and tilted up & down. Tilting up moves the harvester away to make way for an array of teeth. Additionally, the harvester is set in motion when the vehicle moves forward or backward.
There's one tricky thing about the build, when you connect the middle linear actuator, you have to make sure that there's already enough tension in the gear system that follows it, otherwise by the time you're through with all the backlash, the actuator will have reached its max amplitude and the harvester will have only barely tilted.
