Mini hay rake for mini Claas Xerion

 

Since Lego now released a mini version of the great 2016 Claas Xerion, I thought it would be fun to make a mini-version of my full-size hay rake.


This mini version connects to the new mini Xerion (small changes required), and offers the two basic functionalities of a rake: raising & lowering the wings, and the rakes are rotating when the tractor moves.
There's also a small manually-operated stand to make it stand right when it's detached.


There's a small flaw though, since it's not possible to have the axle holes of two adjacent gears at the exact same angle, it means that the two wings are not exactly parallel when lowered: there's always one a bit too low and the other a bit too high.

The inventory assumes that you have 42102-1 as some parts of it are reused (like the large 36T gears).
